Company preference fit

Each rule from your hiring profile with the candidate's score, its effect on the overall score and a note — for example Stable history — no short stints or 2 roles shorter than a year.

Strengths, gaps and reasons

Plain-language lists of what stands out, what is missing, and why the candidate ranked where they did. Interview flags are neutral points worth asking about, such as a gap between roles.

Experience timeline and CV

The roles, education, projects and certifications read from the CV, with the original file one click away.
