Does the AI reject candidates?

No. HireMind ranks and recommends, and writes down why. Moving a candidate to shortlisted, on hold or not selected is always done by a person on your team, and every move is logged with who made it. When a must-have looks missing it says "HR review recommended" instead of rejecting anyone.

What is a company hiring profile?

It is how your company hires, written in plain sentences — for example "we value practical experience more than certificates" or "frequent job changes are a concern". Each sentence becomes a scoring rule you can see, strengthen, weaken or switch off, so two companies can rank the same CVs differently, the way their own HR would.

Which CV formats can it read?

PDF, Word (DOCX), text files, scanned PDFs and photos of CVs (JPG, PNG), and ZIP files full of them. Scanned files and photos are read by an AI model with vision; everything else also works on the built-in engine with no AI cost.

How many CVs can I upload at once?

Can we screen by age, gender or religion?

No. Statements about gender, age, religion, marital status, pregnancy, ethnicity, disability, appearance or politics are refused with an explanation. Those details are also removed from CVs before scoring, so they cannot influence a ranking even indirectly. If a role needs experience, set a minimum experience instead of an age.
