The company you applied to uses HireMind to read and organise applications. The company decides who is invited to interview — the software does not.

What happens to your CV

• Your CV is read to find your experience, education, skills and projects.
• It is compared with the job's requirements and the company's hiring criteria, and a recruiter reviews the result.
• Religion, marital status, age, gender, photos and family details are ignored and never used in scoring.

How long it is kept

The hiring company decides, and may keep your profile to consider you for future roles. After that period your data is anonymised.

Your choices

Contact the company you applied to if you want to see, correct or delete your data, or if you do not want to be considered for future roles.
